Q. How much is your product? How much is shipping?

A.
Our patented golf spikes are only $12.95 per set. Each set contains more than enough spikes for a pair golf shoes (22 for LT/ST and 16 for FT). International orders are $14.95 per set.

Shipping and handling is $2.49 per pack.

NOTE: For a limited time, we offer free shipping & handling if your order totals $50 or more (4+ packs).



Q. How do you ship? How long to get my order?

A.
We use U.S. Postal Service to ship all orders. All orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. We ship from Michigan and generally mail time is 2-4 days for U.S. orders.


Q. Do I pay sales tax on my order?

Since we are a Michigan-based company, we are required to collect 6% sales tax on all Michigan orders.



Q. How do I place an order?

A.
On the
Retail Order page, simply click on the "Add to Cart" button for the GREENSPIKE model desired. You will be taken to a secure PayPal "shopping cart" Web site for order processing. There you can adjust the quantity, if desired.

A PayPal account is not required, but if you have one, enter your account information. You can also create one, at that point.

You can pay securely using any major credit card (and bank accounts, where available).



Q. Is your Web ordering secure?

Absolutely. By using PayPal for our order processing, we are utilizing the industry leader in Internet order processing with the latest data encryption technology.



Q. What are my payment options?

A.
PayPal accepts most major credit cards (including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Network) and bank accounts, where available.
